Yes! I completed the challenge within 30 days as I skipped one or two rest days in order to make it for my trip.
Results: I felt the tightening in the stomach area in the middle of the routine. In the beginning, it was too little to feel anything and towards the end, the fats are custom to the number of sit-ups already. But I think throughout, it did make me feel good about myself. Other than, gobbled up a pack of chips upon completion. The sense of guilt is much overwhelmeing than the happiness after snacking. So I will remember the nasty feeling, if I feel the urge to start snacking again.
Follow-up: I will be including this routine in my workout. I intend to have more cardio exercise with a little toning activity. Don’t really wish to waste the effort. To continue with other challenges! Coming soon…

Completed Day 5 today. I really hope I can last till the 30th.
So far I am still going good.
I’m really bad at leg raise from the beginning.
My legs are too heavy for me to lift up using my stomach.
But today I find that I can do leg raises much better than before.
Make sure you use the right muscles when you are doing it.
I am also taking baby steps by ensuring my muscles are used instead of completing the routine at a faster speed.
If this works well, I will continue on other challenges!
How about you picking a 30-day challenge and share with me so that we can monitor each others’ progress?
I will continue to post my progress on twitter.
