#eatclean: Teriyaki Chicken with Potato and Salad

This is the 2nd meal that I have prepared for lunch. Using the leftover stuff from last round. I bought additional salads and potato from Cold storage this time round. I realized that cold storage has better fresh food compared to ntuc. But ntuc on a whole, has more cheaper canned and package stuff. For example, cold storage is slightly more expensive than ntuc for the same brand of canned tuna. (Do I sound very aunty? Haha, just sharing my observations.)

Anyway that’s beside the #eatclean point. Using the leftover portion of chicken fillet, I used it to marinate in Teriyaki sauce.
